Hi there Lisa Romaniw. Could you let me know what messages these students are receiving specifically? Could you let me know also, if you're trying to host these worlds from a home network or personal network?

If you're trying to host from home I recommend following this guide here:

Hi Lisa, we are having the exact same issue. We get the cannot log but it does see the world at the beginning as it says it is trying to connect to my hosted world but then says cannot log in.

We are all playing on a school network and it is random students. Some can log in and some cant.

Hi Sarah. After some investigation, it was found out that my students, who are at home, cannot join my world as it has something to do with the school board server and other technical authentication factors. They will proceed on their own and will need to take pics when they have completed their tasks in the world. Hopefully school boards and MS can get on the same page in the near future, specifically speaking for our VLE teachers.
