My student can't log in

My student can't log in. She gets a message saying her trial account is over, but she has a regular MS school account. What do I do to help her? Thanks for any help :)

  Hi Liza Utheim

  Is there an option on the main menu to "Unlock Full Game"?

  If you click this it will bring up a prompt to sign in using the MS school account.

  it sais what it sais, her trial is over, have you purchased the game? each school gets 10 free trials before having to pay £5 a year per student. if you do not want to pay, you can always try the demo lessons
