I can't join another person's world we have the same version of Minecraft.

  Hi there Jia Hu. Could you let me know if there is a specific error message you're receiving when you try to connect? Is the player you are trying to connect to part of the same domain/tenant as you? For example, people from different school districts are unable to connect to each other by design.
