Prevent students from hosting their own world or lockdown hours of access
We have an after school Minecraft club we have been running for the past couple of years. Due to COVID, the club hasn't been able to meet in person. As we transitioned to a one-to-one virtual learning environment this year, the club asked about adding the Android version of Minecraft Edu to the students chromebooks. We did that, and the game runs great. The only issue is students are hosting their own worlds outside of club hours, and during the school day without adult supervision.
This has caused parents to be unhappy as the students are saying inappropriate things while hosting and inviting their own friends that are in-district.
Is there a way to prevent student accounts from being able to host their own Minecraft world. Or can we somehow limit the hours they can access Minecraft? Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

Hello Matthew Hughey,
Thanks for posting. There are no settings within our app that would be able to accomplish this. Any sort of limitation would need to come from an outside service.
Thanks!

Is there a way for teachers or administrators to see which students are currently hosting a world or get other types of student logs in the app?
