Teacher cannot switch from free trial to district paid account
One teacher at my school originally signed up for a free Minecraft trial. Our district now pays for a Minecraft for education. The teacher cannot switch from the free trial to the district account. When she logs into Minecraft it states her free trial has ended and she needs to purchase a license. She has logged out and logged back in. She has uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft on a Chromebook, MacBook, and iPad. She is still not able to log in to the district version. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi there Jessica Bailey. I'm sorry to hear your teacher is having trouble accessing the full version of Minecraft: Education Edition. Someone with admin credentials is going to need to assign this teacher's account a full license as licenses need to be manually applied. I hope this helps!
