Fail to import YouTuber skin pack 3.0

Hey guys after downloading the skin pack, it won’t Import 

how can I fix it? Please help.

  Hi Niko-

  Minecraft: Education Edition doesn't support importing skin packs from external sources.  You can change how your character appears from the home screen by selecting one of our many pre-loaded skins.

  i think we should be able to download our own skin packs because your skin selection is very small
