adding new commands

i saw this video about a different command like /attribute and /data and i would really like if you can put these new commands

  This could actually be a genius idea. I was thinking of putting in similar commands like /tint. 

  How it works: /tint PLAYERNAME COLORNAME (for example, lavender, blood red, orange) opaque 

  /tint PLAYERNAME COLORNAME translucent datavalue (i.e. 1-1000, 1 being nearly opaque and 1000 being nearly transparent)

  /tint PLAYERNAME COLORNAME transparent
