students cannot log into my hosted game

students claim they see my server (IP address and such) but all keep getting the message "unable to connect to world"

any ideas

  I  am having the EXACT same problem. I am a VLE teacher at a school and my students are in their homes. Any ideas yet?

  I am also having the same problem.  My in-person students either can't access the world (unable to connect) I am hosting or are getting booted out after a few minutes in my world.  We tried on two different days, two different weeks, and the problem is the same.  As a STEAM teacher, they have a building project that I had created and not they are unable to complete it in my world.

   

  The communication and collaboration are key elements of the project.  I would appreciate any possible solutions...other than they each do the project in their own world.
