Promblem Installing Minecraft EE on iPads in Chinese region

Hi,

 

We are trying to install MEE on the iPads here at King's School Shenzhen International in China. The iPad version listed on the Apple Store is region-locked and available only with a non-China school VPP account. We can’t load them on the iPads because our Apple School account is from Apple China.

 

Is this an oversight or is this a problem that cannot be solved?

 

Desperate to get Game-Based Learning started with MEE in the classroom, please help.
