Blank Log-in screen
so whenever I try to play Minecraft, I start up the application, everything is fine, until I try to log in. it opens the window, but it's blank, all white. I've tried everything, deleting all files, app data, restarting my device, but it doesn't seem to work. I have seen other people with the same problem, they can't seem to fix it either, it's a permanent thing. If anyone has any troubleshooting techniques or a way to fix it, please tell me.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Have you tried uninstalling the application and re-installing it?
What kind of device are you on?

So my OS is windows 7, I have 4gb RAM, and a i7 processer I also have plenty of memory left. And yes, i have completely uninstalled the application and reinstalled it, I've done this a couple of times, but nothing, its still the same.

Personally I would recommend backing up all your data and doing a fresh install of Windows 10. Windows 10 is no longer supported by Microsoft and not receiving security updates... so it's a bit of a risk running it. You can install Windows 10 using your Windows 7 license key and you can create a media tool for install here. You can create a bootable USB or DVD (I used a 16GB usb stick).
If you want to remain on Windows 7, Minecraft is still supported on that platform. You can put help ticket for support here.
