'Unable to connect to world'

After using the hosting code or ip address, it recognizes the the host, but after trying to join in it says 'Unable to connect to world'. Is there a limitation, where you can join only the your own class and not other classes?

  It is a Minecraft Education Edition world, where we have 1.14.50 version.

  @... I have tried to connect to my class and it works, but when I try a different class it doesn't work. I don't think you could join.
