Problem connecting school pcs with world based at home

We have had half the children at home accessing a world I am hosting with absolutely no problems. The other half are in school and are unable to access our world. Technician has tried all sorts. Next week children are all back in school but we want to host the world from home still as I am shielding. Any ideas?
