Students cannot create world

Hello everyone! 

I want to begin a lesson with my 8th graders on block coding using MEE. I want them to create their own worlds and do their lessons independently. Only issue is, none of my students except one who has a personal laptop can create a world. Is this a common issue? Does anyone happen to know the solution to this problem?
