problem in join a world

when I tried to join a world the game said is unable to join the word and I tried everything but nothing works. I tried doing new world's but nothing.

and I don't know if is the code or the ip address.

I've had this problem a few months ago as well. I couldn't connect to my friend's worlds. What I suggest is that you try closing applications on your computer so it can focus more on Minecraft. It worked for me with 2 worlds, and I was able to join a world with 3 other friends. Hopefully this helps.
