sign-in page blank

Whenever I open the MC EE app it loads fine but where i'm supposed to sign up the page is blank. I've repaired the app through settings and cannot do anything else without admin abilities (which I do not have).

There's a picture below. I am connected with a school microsoft account and the app is up to date so I don't really know the solution.

PLEASE help!

  I mentioned that I repaired it through settings- it did nothing. Still didn't work and frankly i'm a bit scared to try the 'reset' option because I do not know what it will do in the background.

  Hi there med ddd, this looks like there might be an issue with your school's permission list. You need to contact your IT admin and have them add the URLs from the site below:
