Student cannot host world

Some of my students are unable to host MC EE worlds when we play, while others can. All are using Chromebooks with updated versions of MC EE. Why is this happening? How can I help them be able to host?

  From home. But using school-issued Chromebooks. Some students have been successful but one or two have not and I am not sure what could be creating this problem. Thanks for your help.
