Problema!!

Hello. I have been having problems with minecraft pe for a long time and only now I was able to find this email. It's been months, and because of this problem for a long time I stopped playing minecraft, that when I download minecraft from google play store, I open the game and it doesn't load me any world, no server and in the loading I am left with the writing " world "and does not continue with the upload. I thought it was a problem since I was in the beta program but even taking me out of the beta program the problem remains. I don't know how to fix this anymore. Please help me because I really like this game but it is unplayable. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your help. Best regards

  Sorry to hear your having issues. I have a few questions for you...

  I take it you're playing on chromebook? Can you tell me what model it is? 

  Have you tried uninstalling it and re-installing it? 

  Is your Chrome OS up to date?

  Thank you for answering. I don't know what Chromebook is, however I have uninstalled minecraft several times, but the problem is not solved, I also tried to remove myself from the beta program but that does not solve the problem either. while as regards the Chrome operating system it is up to date
