My Trialversion has run out - but i have an active license

Hey there, 
Even though the school-admin assured me that an active license is assigned to the school-email-account that i use to work with Minecraft edu. - 10 Minutes ago I was told that my license run out and I have to get a license. 

I need help. 
(And yes, of course I will contact the schools admin again and check one more time.)
