Please help me to buy this game.

I am currently developing a method to teach languages in this game, but I cannot buy a license. I created an office 365 account, it gave me a free trial, but I am not connected to a registered institution. So my question is, should I buy an office 365 subscription, if yes, which one and where?, after doing that, will I be able to buy a license for the game? I've been trying for a long time, I'm like begging to give you guys money.
