Thanx for your help Andrew.
I've opened a support request on this in Microsoft Store for Business.
Is it accessible to you to handle or should I open a support ticket somewhere else?

Sounds exactly like the problem we have been having since Aug 2020 was again raised as I failed to get any solution from Microsoft direct. If you get a solution I would love to hear about it.

Hi Andrew,
Thanx for your follow up.
A week has been passed and this issue was not solved.
There is an open call for this issue in MS support, # 2101260050002126. 6 days ago they've mailed me:"
We have forwarded your case to our higher end support team for further investigation.
We will contact you as soon as we have any feedback.
"
No other response from the, since.
Do you suggest to open another call? here? https://aka.ms/MEE_New_Request
Moti.

MS support have called me on my cell phone a few hours ago, saying this issue has been solved.
I was very happy to received that call.
Unfortunately, this problem has NOT been solved. Tried to purchase 11 Minecraft EE licenses for my students and has failed again, with the message:
"
Please review your order details and try again. Your order could not be placed.(CV: TZaBxN1AsEyR3bqO.4.41) "
Very frustrating. The support call id is: 2101260050002126.
I'm opening another call in https://aka.ms/MEE_New_Request as you've suggested. Hope this will solve this issue.

Hello Moti,
I am just coming back to update you on our case as well. We also have a support ticket raised (2101180050000894) and today received the exciting phone call that the problem had been resolved but sadly it has not and the problem still remains as before.
Moti I wondered if we could compare notes? I have recently changed my payment credit card and also account name. The original MEE purchase was made against a card which is no longer valid. By any chance had you gone through a similar process?0 -
Hi Marie,
I'm quite amazed that this issue has not been solved for such a long time. And you say that you are in this thing from August...
I think we are in a similar situation, the credit card I'm using is new, the one I've used last year has expired. I did entered the details of the new one. Not sure this is the reason of the problem we both have. Maybe.
I do hope that MS support will come up with a solution soon.
Take care.0
