iPad cannot connect to Mutliplayer or Library

My iPad won’t connect to multiplayer games or anything from the lesson or build challenge library. 
I have removed and reinstalled the app twice and still receive the attached error. 
It works fine on Chromebooks and Windows PCs on the same network so it shouldn’t be a firewall issue.

  Hello. I'm having the same problem with my iPad. I am only told to "get help" or "go back."

  (I don't have a chromebook/PC.) Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
