Minecraft code village

Hey, I have a problem with lesson "village of code". There are 9 puzzles to claim but i only can get 8 of them. There is a problem with task where you have to claim some broken glass from the floor using the agent. I tried everything and it doesn't work. Agent claims broken glass but the door is still closed. This task is located to the right from start.
