File error in glb files generated in Chromebook/Google Play version

I have students exporting builds that they have created on their Chromebooks using the structure block. These files open in 3D Viewer  fine when created on a Windows machine or a Macbook, but the files created on the Chromebooks all generate an error or fail to open when I try to view them.
