  Sorry to hear you're having issues. 

  A few questions: 

  What version of Windows are you running? 

  Are you downloading the installer from the edu site?

  Have you run Minecraft Education Edition previously on this computer?

  I am running the windows 10 home version, and I cannot download the Minecraft education edition. I am getting this error message " Either a required impersonation level was not provided, or provided impersonation level is invalid." can anyone help me fix this issue.

  I really appreciate any help you can provide.

  A few questions:

  Does the error come up when you attempt to run the downloaded file, or when you try to download it? 

  What browser are you using? 

  Is your Windows 10 system up to date? 

  Have you tried installing the Minecraft Education Edition version from the Microsoft Store?
