My education edition is saying my trials have run out

The screen says my trials have run out even thought other students at my school have been using it with no problem. I have used my school account to sign in and i have redownloaded it, is there any way to fix this?

  Hi there dan wdauo. You will need to contact your school's IT admin and have them assign an active license to your account.
