Can't connect to colleagues worlds

Hi. I have problem with connecting to the the worlds my colleagues create and vice versa. I think we were able to do it a couple years ago, but i could be wrong. Anyway, i think it's much easier to teach my colleagues how it works if we could be in the world together. 
We are in the same room and connected to the same network.
