technical issue with multiplayer mode

good night. i was hoping to find the problem with "cant connect to player's world". i have repeatedly delete then reinstall the app, but it will not fix. please could you find a way in solving this problem?

  Hi there Michelle Huang. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties connecting to other players. It sounds like the person you are trying to connect to does not have their network configured correctly for Minecraft: Education Edition. They'll need to follow the guide listed below:

  I'm trying to get two students in the same home playing MEE, but there's some kind of network issue. I have used the help guide. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve the issue. Is there someone who's able to assist? Thank you!
