  Hi Jesus Galdos and Eva Perez Although Minecraft: Education Edition is based on the same code base as Minecraft Bedrock, it is a separate application.  Due to differences in our production cycles, we are a version or so behind the current Bedrock version.  This allows us to ensure the best experience for our Education customers.
