Student kicked out after few seconds
Hi Team,
first of all thanks for your awesome work.
- I have one student who isn't able to join our word correctly. After a few seconds he's kicked out automatically, and the whole game crashes.
What can I do? We are all in the same school network. I tried different computers, but wasn't lucky. It's frustrating for my student.
Have you any advice for me?

Hi there Kim Kintziger. As Bryan Sanders (archived) has mentioned, there might be an issue with license assignments. I would contact your school's IT admin and have them take a look at the student's account. In the meantime, if you open up a ticket and let us know the exact steps you're taking and the devices you've tried connecting from in detail, we'll be happy to troubleshoot further.
