Unable to Join - it should NOT be this hard
My students and I are very frustrated. They cannot always join the world I have created. Some of my students can join sometimes and sometimes they can't when I'm hosting. I have read what I could find and using a join code or IP address doesn't seem to work all the time. They have the same version as I have, signed into office 365 and have been the share code and even the IP address but they get "Unable to Join". Why is this? It should be as easy as create the world, share the join code, they enter it, and they're in and we are collaborating and building to create great education moments, but it's mostly been frustrated students and parents not being able to have their child join in the world. I have looked at the information you have provided, my IT person has looked at it and we meet the requirements but it's NOT WORKING.
I want to use Minecraft Education Edition for my students' benefits and passions and from an advertising and business model, you would like success for them too and not frustration, so how are you going to make joining worlds way easier than it is so far? I need real help, not pushed back to a help page that doesn't help. Please fix this problem to make it easier for students to join a world in MEE. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi there Chad Klein. This sounds like an issue with your network. You will need to make sure that port 19132 is open to network traffic.
I also recommend looking at this guide here:

Your IT admin will need to add the URLs listed on the FAQ I've linked below to your school network's allowed sites list as well.
