    Hello,

    There are currently two issues:

    1. We are currently having issues with iPads using a proxy not being able to access the library. We are actively investigating the issue. We will update this thread as we learn more.
    2. .mcworld files on an iPad cannot be imported from the downloads file. This can be solved by moving the .mcworld file to another location such as the "notes" app.

We are experimenting the same issue as above as well.

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. My students are using Laptops and when I assign a world they are unable to access the library. Is this a district tech issue (blocking ?) or is this a minecraft issue?

    thank you

Same here. Kyle M, do you have an update? Thanks!

Kyle M any updates to share? This effectively means anyone trying to access the great new Hour of Code content can't get to it from an iPad. :(

We are not using iPads and still cannot access any worlds in our library or "Hour of Code" tile. Our hour of code was last week. :-(

    Hey Andrew,

I can confirm that on our site that all URLs have been added to the whitelist also inspecting traffic through our firewall nothing is being flagged or blocked when passing through.

Hi Luke M and Noah Smith. Currently, we're still experiencing some known issues with the library on iPads and we appreciate your patience while we work on this. Thank you!

Note that there is a (complicated) workaround: Instead of accessing the content through View Library in-game, you can import worlds that have been shared via server or cloud service.  It's documented here:

    https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047117212-World-Management-for-iPad

I tried it and although complicated, it worked. I used Microsoft Teams to upload the world file from my laptop to OneDrive and then used the Teams app on the iPad to open the world into M:EE.
