I cant log in

Whenever I try to log in it says ''we are unable to connect to the service you need right now check your internet connection'' but I reinstalled it and I've erased the data of it I've tried everything my friends suggested but none of them worked.

  Hi there danali yates. I'm sorry to hear about that error message.
  
  This might be an issue with permissions set on your school's network. In this case I would contact an IT administrator and have them add "Minecraft.AdalServer.exe" to your permissions list so that your chromebook can access the game. I hope this helps!

  Exactly ho do I check if I have two versions of Minecraft I'm on Chromebook.

  You can look on the list of your apps in your system settings.
