Join code only works on new worlds

Hello, when I try using the join code with my class, they can only enter if it is a new world. 

That means I cannot re-open a world we had been working on. I have tried opening the world with just me and then try Host game, and also used Host world before I enter but no luck.

Thoughts?

  Hello Andre Roberge,

  Thanks so much for posting. I just want to make sure you are aware that when you close out a world and start hosting it again, there is a new join code that gets generated. If this is known can you see if you are able to join via IP?
