Multiplayer on Chromebook

Hello,

I have been hosting multiplayer worlds this week and it has been working fine for most of my students but there are a couple of students in each class who aren't able to join. We all have the newest version. Some of my students use a hotspot that they got from the school for internet. Does the hotspot cause problems when trying to join a world? If so, can we work around that in any way?

  Hi there Patrick Morrison. I'm sorry that your students are having trouble connecting via the hotspot. If possible, you may need to contact the administrator of the hotspot to make sure that the appropriate websites are allowed, as well as the correct ports are open.
