How to turn on experimental gameplay

I want to turn on experimental gameplay to experience new features and be able to make my experience better. Is there a way to turn it on. Also where is 1.16

  Hi all, we don't have plans to add the experimental gameplay toggle.  We've found that it can break the worlds created for lesson content.

  Thanks for posting. Unfortunately we do not have the experimental gameplay toggle in the Education Edition.

  so I want to turn on experimental gameplay for my Minecraft educational edition my version is 14.
