students unable to join world

Just recently my students are having trouble joining mine craft world I am hosting. They were able to join just last Wednesday.  I have tried with different version of the minecraft too.

  Hi there Farzana Ahmed. I'm sorry to hear your students are having difficulty connecting to your hosted world. I recommend making sure you and all your students are using the same version of Minecraft: Education Edition.
