Coding errors

I follow the tutorial check and double check my code and when I hit start and try and run the code I get an error message about parmission.  Why can I not run code?

  Did you mean permission?

  If you are hosting the game press escape>settings>game>code builder and turn that on
  If you are not hosting the game you are on ask the host to make you operator or to enable code builder

  If you have done this and nothing has worked try going into javascript or python and see if there are any errors there if so please respond with a picture

  A problem that I had show up is you need to go to javascript and replace all [] with 0
