Minecraft education edition with older OS

Having loads of problems trying to find ways of getting MC education edition to work with Mac OS X 10.10.5 and iPad 4th Generation iOS6. Where students have very limited resources this is excluding them! Please help

  Hi there Linda Screen. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties getting Minecraft: Education Edition running on older editions of Mac OS and iOS. Minecraft: Education Edition is designed to run on iOS 10 and above, as well as Mac OS High Sierra 10.13 and up. The different supported platforms are listed here:
