At-home Students Unable to Join
Our school is currently in a hybrid setting. Some students are at-home while some students are in-house. All students on the network are able to join our Minecraft for Education game but the at-home students are not. Our network admin has ensured that there is nothing that is blocking the students from joining. We have ensured that we have the most recent Minecraft for Education update as this seemed to be the solution for a lot of schools. We are using HP G6 EE Chromebooks with Fortigate and Securly to secure them. Securly only kicks in when they leave our school network so I wonder if this could be part of it? Thanks for any insight you can provide!

Thanks for posting Steven Hankins! This post here should answer your questions: https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360072414451-How-do-I-get-Multiplayer-to-work-when-I-m-logged-in-from-home-

I am having the same issue. Students are all remote and when I give a student my code to join my world, it says unable to join my world. Students are using school-issued iPads with cellular data. Their iPads work fine with everything else.
