Licensure Purchase
We are trying to purchase licenses for our accounts that have been granted the 10 free sessions. Today was our first day using the new accounts with this particular group of students and we had a few connectivity problems. Once the issue was figured out, we had already used up six or seven logins. How do we progress purchasing licenses so that our students can continue playing without risk of being locked out? Our IT Administrator has been getting no response from his Microsoft Representative, and we are not receiving the option to purchase licenses. I have also submitted a Support Request to try to increase our chances at getting a sufficient response. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting, yes I can see your ticket now. You cannot purchase because your O365 tenant is unmanaged. I will follow up on your ticket with specific instructions. Thanks!
