When my student logs in, it still says she needs to log in

Using a Samsung Chromebook, student tries to log into Minecraft: Education Edition, and it immediately says she needs to sign in with her student account, and gets stuck on that screen. We have double checked her log in information, it is accurate. Sometimes it doesn't even load to the log in screen.

  I'm sorry to hear that your student can't connect. First I would make sure the Chromebook your student is using is using Chrome OS 83 or higher. I also recommend checking out these two guides:
