I can't log in

I cannot log into Minecraft even though I have a subscription. Whenever I try to log in, it says that my trail ended. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app but it still does not work.

  Thanks for posting. This message would indicate that your Office 365 education account does indeed not have a license assigned to it.
