Makecode don't start

i opened my game as i normally do, and after pressing c key the codebuilder with makecode does not start, this happens to many of my students as well

  Many people have had this problem, you're not the only one.

  There are a few things you can try...

  
  1. Try exiting code builder and doing /kill <your agent>

  2. do the command /code

  3. Go to settings>game>code builder make sure that is on / players may need operator?

  4. Restart Minecraft

  5. This is very rare but some worlds just don't execute the code builder correctly

  6. Just doing a computer restart

  if you see this button (the 3 lines) click it WARNING it will delete any unsaved items save all the project before if you can
