    Hi Charlotte Kuhn

Thanks so much for posting. It's always been our intention to empower students and educators through the power of play, and if you feel like we are coming up short, I sincerely apologize. Hopefully we can do better for you in the future.

Updates on Chromebooks are managed through the playstore. Here  is some guidance directly from Google: https://support.google.com/googleplay/work/answer/9350374?hl=en

Please do not hesitate to reach out directly if you have any further questions. Thanks!

The updates aren't happening.  We tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it multiple times on multiple computers.  When it reinstalls it does so with the version of the software it had before, which is .32 on one computer and .41 on the other.  They need to be the same to connect.  Please help. The updates are not showing up on the PlayStore.

How do we reach out directly?  As you say is an option?  Just got off a 45 minute Google Meet with a super smart Minecraft player. He couldn't figure it out either.  Why doesn't the software just update???? Or even better let people connect even if they are on different versions?????

    Hi Charlotte Kuhn,

Thanks for getting back to us. With one user being on .41 and one on .32 this sounds like one user is on our Beta. Please reference this information from Google on how to opt in to Betas: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7003180?hl=en
