I can't log in
When I log into my account, it just says "something went wrong, try checking your internet connection" but nothing is wrong with my internet.
please help me

Have you recently installed a new version of Minecraft Education Edition?
I've seen this a lot when there is a new and an older version on the same system. Are you using a Windows computer?

Have you logged in successfully before?
If you've just installed it Minecraft Edu, it could be a problem with the installation. In this case, try to re-install or repair the installation.
If you've logged in before, are you aware of changes recently? Some changes that could cause issues:
- Using a different wifi network
- Changes in security policies of your wifi network
- Windows updates

As Nathan suggested, I'd try removing and reinstalling the application.

In my experience, Macs can sometimes be difficult in getting rid of previous installs.
When you removed the old installation, did you drag it into the trash, and then empty the trash before reinstalling?
What version of MacOS are you running? If you're version is outside of the Mac support cycle, you may have difficulty running current versions of applications.

Can you sign into other Office365 applications with your school account?

My students and I are having the same problem. We are 100% remote right now. Sometimes I can connect. Sometimes I get an the same error mentioned above. So frustrating. It feels like something happening on Microsoft's side since the error seems to occur randomly.
Any Microsoft staff watching these threads than can shed light on the situation?

There can be a number of issues causing login errors. Take a look at the basic troubleshooting guide, and if this doesn't solve your problem open a request with the support desk and we can investigate.
