  If you go to mcpedl.com you can download skin packs, resource packs, shaders, behavior packs, and worlds, and they should download fine. If they say an error along the lines of "Version number too high" you can change that in the manifest.json file in the pack you desire. Files from this website were intended for regular Bedrock, but Education Edition is similar enough to work fine with most files.
