v1.14.31 iOS Login Issue
We have a class set of iPads that we have been using M:EE on that stay signed into the same account at all times with no issues.
Ever since the update to v1.14.31 we can't even sign in once. We are getting: 'Something went wrong. Try checking your internet connection.' It is currently completely unplayable.
I still have one iPad with v1.12.60 and it logs in with no issues with the same firewall rules, on the same network with the same permissions.
iPads are running 14.0.1 (As I made sure they were up to date in case that was the issue, it wasn't)

Hi Justine W,
With the update to 1.14.31 it sounds like your network is recognizing this as a new app and might not be recognizing some of the URLs required to login. Go ahead and try Bryan Sanders (archived) suggestions and if this does not work please ask your IT admin to take a look at your internet filter.

Thanks Bryan and Kyle for taking the time to reply/
All required URL’s are white listed.
I’ve done test cases in a new environment as well as re-installing on the same iPads, it allows me to sign in once but as soon as the app is exited, or the screen sleeps, it goes back to the same error.
I also had the web filter up during all tests and nothing is being blocked.

Clarification: One account per iPad. And we had everything up and running perfectly on the previous version. The app updated and it broke.
We use Mosyle. I thought of that too but no, I have M:EE v1.12.60 running on the latest OS on a test iPad. To me it feels like something has been changed between the two versions in regards to authentication, I just can't pin point it.
