Code Builder is not loading (showing white screen)
Hi,
I have one student using Windows laptop to run Minecraft Education Edition. The code builder cannot load. It just showed a white screen.
We restarted Minecraft, even restarted laptop. The code builder still wont load.
She is able to go into local world as well as multi-player world. But cannot do coding.
Any advise?

Great suggestion by Bryan Sanders (archived),
If this does not help, you may want to try clearing the cache as well:
- Close out of Minecraft
- In File Explorer, have them navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp
- They should see a folder called minecraftpecodeBuilderV1
- Have them rename this folder (or delete, or zip it up and send to us for troubleshooting)
- Then launch Minecraft again and see if Code Builder comes up

The issue is resolved after we uninstall and re-install Minecraft Education Edition. Thank you for all the information.

I came here looking for the solution, but for MacOS. I deleted ~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.minecraft* which fixed it until the student went into another world. So I showed him how to delete that Cache and he hasn't come back.. just thought I'd put this here for Mac people. Cheers, Craig
