so its not letting me sigh into my account like when i press sighn in it says something bout the internet but the internet is completely fine

  Juan Rodriguez-Gutierrez could you provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing?  Often you will see a message like you are describing if you have downloaded 2 different versions of Minecraft: Education Edition installed on your PC.  Take a look at this article for more info:  https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118832-Transitioning-to-the-desktop-application-for-Minecraft-Education-Edition
