Student Kicked out/Not able to login [Technical Issue]
I have one student who is not able to login (at least for long). All of my students are on Chromebooks and have successfully been able to get everyone build on Minecraft for Education, except this student. Here is what we have tried:
- Clearing of cache, cookies, history,
- Reboot
- Uninstall/Reinstall Minecraft for Education
- Resetting Router (DDI's final suggestion)
- Moving closer to Wi-Fi
- Two trips to DDI for a new Chromebook
- (The first three attempted on both Chromebooks)

Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry your student is having so many issues. What is the exact error message that he is getting? Is it not being able to log into the game or is it connecting to the library or connecting to multiplayer?

He is not able to login most of the time. The screen just suddenly closes out. The other day, he was able to get it, but was kicked out after only a few minutes.

It honestly doesn't matter as I am the one who is going to answer so I can just change the category later.
